This multipurpose compound is essential for healthy tissue and cell growth.
Linoleic acid, whose name is derived from the Greek words "linon," which means "flax," and "oleic," which means "produced from oil," is an unsaturated fat. Unsaturated fats are essential for encouraging cell regeneration and keeping skin smooth, elastic, and young-looking.

I don’t write reviews, but I’m so impressed with this that I had to. I have super sensitive combination skin. Every moisturizer I tried before this broke me out (I tried CeraVe, Aveeno, Kiehl’s, Vanicream, Clinique, etc). I had given up, but my skin was so dry. I took a chance with this. One week in, and I’m not having any of the problems I had before. It’s a miracle. My skin is well moisturized. No scent for me. I would strongly recommend giving this a try.

II. Linoleic Acid vs Oleic Acid
A. What is Oleic Acid?
Oleic acid is a mono-unsaturated omega-9 fatty acid found in various animal and vegetable sources. Oleic acid is considered to be highly stable to oxidation and also can enhance the activity of antioxidants and antipolymerization agents. (Source)
B. Difference Between Oleic Acid and Linoleic Acid
Linoleic Acid Vs Oleic Acid for Skin
Your ability to choose between the fatty acids will depend on your skin type. Linoleic acid-rich oils are thinner, but oleic acid-rich oils are thicker and provide deeper hydration.
Linoleic acid is lighter than oleic acid, making it easier for the skin to absorb. Linoleic acid can help with acne since people with acneic skin typically have lower quantities of linoleic than oleic acid in their sebum. As a result, oils with increased linoleic acid content are advantageous for managing acne.
It's a better choice for sensitive, oily, and acne-prone skin. Oleic acid, on the other hand, feels richer and thicker. That helps people whose skin is aged, dry, and dehydrated.
Linoleic Acid Vs Oleic Acid for Hair
Even though oleic acid and linoleic acid are different fatty acids but both are assets to our strands. Linoleic acid stimulates hair growth, maintains a healthy scalp conditions, and will control water loss in your hair. Alpha linolenic acid is highly concentrated in certain plant oils and has been reported for its anti-inflammatory properties. Linolenic acid is used in cosmetics as a skin-conditioning and skin-restorative component.
Linoleic acid (LA) is an omega-6 fatty acid, while α-linolenic acid (ALA) is an omega-3 fatty acid. Both are the two essential fatty acids required in the diet. They help to support healthy metabolism, good cognitive function, and healthy skin and hair growth. This multipurpose compound is essential for healthy tissue and cell growth.
Linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid having the chemical formula C18H32O2 while linoleic acid an essential fatty acid having the chemical formula C18H30O2. However, the key difference between linoleic acid and linolenic acid is that linoleic acid contains two double bonds with cis configuration while linolenic acid contains three double bonds with cis configuration. (Source)
According to the configurations in these compounds, we can denote linoleic acid as 18:2 cis-9,12 and linolenic acid as 18:3 cis-9,12,15.
C. Linoleic and Linolenic Acid Food Sources
Dietary sources of linoleic acid: vegetable oils such as sunflower, safflower, soybean, corn, and canola oils as well as nuts and seeds.
Dietary sources of gamma linolenic acid: Various plant seed oils such as borage oil and evening primrose oil.

Dull, wrinkled, sagging skin and dry, brittle hair and nails — all of these are signs of aging, which in large part can be attributed to the loss of collagen that occurs naturally with age. Collagen is the most common and abundant of your body's proteins, comprising about 25% of the total protein in your body, and up to 80% of your skin, in terms of dry weight. 1 It's found specifically in the connective tissues throughout your body, from your muscles, bones and tendons to your blood vessels and digestive system. As a compound of essential amino acids, there's only one way to get collagen; your body can't produce it, so you must obtain it through your diet. Most people, however, will simply reach for a collagen supplement rather than boiling down chicken feet or beef bones for a homemade collagen-rich broth. But what are you really getting in these supplements? Laboratory testing stirred up controversy with popular collagen and bone broth product...

In today’s toxic world, we absorb, inhale, and ingest chemicals and heavy metals on a daily basis. Bad bacteria and Candida ooze toxins as a part of their metabolism and as they die off. Bi-annual detoxes help to cleanse your body and remove these highly toxic substances, but what about the other 363 days out of the year when we accumulate toxins? What if the food we include in our daily diet not only nourishes our bodies but binds to those toxins and helps cleanse our tissues? What if our nutrient dense diet became a daily detox? To improve water that is contaminated or unpleasant to drink, water filters (such as those in refrigerators, water filter pitchers, and under the sink filters) rely on proper design, components, and assembly to perform effectively. Counterfeit water filters have been sold online and may not provide the benefits of genuine water filters. In May 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) discovered and seized 3,940 counterfeit water filters bearing unauthorized National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certification logos, a third-party certification that indicates that a product meets certain filtration standards. When tested, the counterfeit filters failed to remove lead and other chemicals from the water. According to partial test results published by an industry group (the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers) in 2018, many counterfeit refrigerator water filters purchased through popular websites failed to adequately remove lead and live cysts from househ...
Nebulized hydroxychloroquine as 150 mg HCQ in 6 ml (25 mg/ml) of isotonic sterile solution within the first five (5) days of COVID-19 symptoms (“Nebu HCQ”) has resulted in immediate improvement (<1 hour after use) in breathing in COVID-19 infected patients. Nebu HCQ served as a rescue medication with an 80x improvement in time and efficiency when compared to HCQ tablet (400-600 mg per day) combination therapy or Ivermectin combination therapy. No adverse events were reported outside of a bitter taste that quickly subsided. The protocol used is as follows: 6 ml (25 mg HCQ per ml) per nebulizer session (15 minutes). Two sessions (12 ml total) in the first hour for patients with mild to moderate pulmonary symptoms from COVID-19. Since March 2020, my team has successfully treated over 3,000 patients with COVID-19 with the Zelenko Protocol . Abstract Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition affecting approximately 7.5 million individuals in the United States, with significant economic, physical, and psychological burdens. This case series reports on 13 patients who experienced notable improvements in psoriasis symptoms following treatment with ivermectin and/or fenbendazole, antiparasitic agents repurposed for this indication. Cases were derived from self-reported testimonials shared on social media platforms. Treatment durations ranged from 3 days to 3 months, with dosages varying between 6 mg ivermectin twice daily and combinations with fenbendazole. Rapid resolution of skin lesions was observed in most cases, with some achieving near-complete clearance. While these anecdotal reports suggest potential therapeutic efficacy, controlled clinical trials are warranted to validate these findings and elucidate underlying mechanisms. Introduction Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by hyperproliferation...
Science Validates the Benefits of Our Number One Superfood Article Summary Mankind has consumed marine liver oils for thousands of years and cod liver oil for at least hundreds of years. Several trials conducted before 1940 found that the vitamin A in cod liver oil had powerful anti-infective power, which popularized the oil as a prophylactic and led to its use as a treatment against puerperal fever, measles, and industrial absenteeism. Vitamins A and D cooperate with one another. They are not antagonists, but large doses of one may cause harm when not accompanied by the other. There is no evidence that vitamin A increases mortality. Over a quarter of Americans consume less than half the RDA of vitamin A, which is 3,000 IU per day for adult males. Price’s tooth decay reversal program would have provided over 10,000 IU per day. Sub-optimal intakes of vitamin A may be related to asthma, kidney stones, fatty liver disease, oxidative stress, and susceptibility to environmental toxins. Duri...
How you take a supplement can be just as important as which product you take, both may impact how much of a nutrient your body actually gets. A few rules of thumb: If you take a large dose of a mineral, it will compete with other minerals to reduce their absorption. The mineral most often taken in large amounts is calcium : The dose is usually several hundred milligrams, compared to doses of just a few milligrams or even microgram amounts (1,000 micrograms = 1 milligram) of most other minerals. So if you take several hundred milligrams of calcium from a supplement, take it at a different time of day than other mineral supplements or a multivitamin/multimineral supplement. Doses of magnesium can also be relatively large and should, ideally, be taken apart from other minerals. If you take high doses of zinc long-term (50 mg or more per day for 10 weeks or longer ), be aware ...
