The Role of Nutrition on Arthritis 2024

For most people, arthritis pain and inflammation cannot be avoided as the body ages. In fact, most people over the age of 50 show some signs of arthritis. Joints naturally degenerate over time. Doctors normally advise arthritic patients to perform gentle range-of-motion exercise to prevent the joint from stiffening. If active joint movement is not possible, passive movement with physiotherapy sessions are needed. Assistive devices such as braces and splints may be used.
